As stated in the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has a 14-day right to exchange or return the product. The right of return only applies to unused products in original packaging that can be resold. The customer is responsible for all return shipment costs. Include the following information with the returned product:
• your customer number, name, address and telephone number
• your bank account number and a copy of the order confirmation

We do not accept returns after 14 days from the delivery.
Once the return has been accepted, received and processed, the money will be returned directly to your account.
Problems with delivery: if a product has been lost or damaged in delivery or if the customer has received the wrong product, the customer must notify the company without delay via email email@example.com or mail Lax Design Oy, Taipaleenharjuntie 8, 93140 Kipinä. A notice of an erroneous delivery or damaged goods must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
