Did the product you bought not seem like the right choice? You have 30 days to return the product you ordered from our online shop if it didn't meet your expectations.

The product is unused.
The product is in its original packaging.
The instructions for use and other instructions for the product are included with the return.
The right of return does not apply to...
A custom-made product that has been manufactured or modified to meet the individual needs and wishes of the customer.
Products that are not in their original condition or whose packaging does not match the original.
How to make a refund
1. Make an online return notification

By post, you can send the product you wish to return to us free of charge via Post or Matkahuolto.

You will receive an easy-code there, which you can use to leave the returned parcel at a Posti parcel machine or service point. You can register your parcel as returned in advance On MyPost.
Matkahuolto. Take the parcel to the counter and tell them the return code. By registering as a Matkahuolto customer (register here), you can use your return ID to retrieve an activation code from the Matkahuolto website for returning your parcel to the vending machine.

3. Returning the payment
We will process the refund of the payment received without delay and within 30 days of receipt of the refund notification at the latest. We will refund the price you paid for the returned product at the time of purchase, even if the price of the product has subsequently changed. Lax Design reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product to be returned has been received or until the customer has provided proof that the product has been returned by post. If your payment method is Klarna Invoice or Batch Payment, we will refund the amount you have paid once the return has been processed. You can report the return via the Klarna app, in which case billing will be stopped for the duration of the return.
